Terms of Service
Last updated 13 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Sikau (run by Dibesh Raj Subedi) when you use sikau.dibe.sh. By signing in, you agree to them.
Using Sikau
- Sikau is free to use for learning. You need a Google account to sign in, and you must be 13 or older (or use it with a parent or guardian).
- Keep your account to yourself and use it honestly: one account per person.
- Don't misuse the service: no attacking or overloading it, no trying to reach other learners' data, no automated scraping, and no using the code runners or share links to host or spread harmful content.
Your content
The code you write is yours. You give us permission to store it and show it back to you so the app works, and to show what you choose to share (for example a certificate or share card) to the people you share it with.
Our content
The lessons, exercises and the app are ours. You may use them to learn and quote short parts with credit, but please don't copy or republish the courses as your own. Course and technology names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to say what a course is about.
Certificates
Certificates show you finished a Sikau course. They aren't an accredited qualification.
Changes and availability
We work to keep Sikau running and your progress safe, but the service is provided “as is”, without warranties, and may change or be unavailable at times. We may update courses and features, and we'll give notice in the app before ending the service.
Ending your account
You can stop using Sikau at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Liability
As far as the law allows, Sikau isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using the service. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can't be limited.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and tell you in the app. Continuing to use Sikau means you accept the new terms. Questions: [email protected].
